Land Of The Living Skies 1

Anyone who knows me, atleast in real life, knows that I've got a serious intrest in severe weather, This will hopefully be an ongoing series of severe weather events, both summer and winter, where ever i go. I'll set the "give up date", meaning the time i stop adding to this collecting at January 1st, 2006... thats quite a time, 2 christmas' and1 summer away.. ofcourse, this all depends on success rates...

Picture: A large scale storm dropping hail from 3-5 cenemeters in diameter... which is roughly 1 and a quarter inch to 2 inches.. large enough and hard enough to cause widespread hail damage in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and the rural municipalities surrounding Saskatoon.. I luckily caught this storm while heading back from drag races and measured wind gusts on the side of the highway up to 130 kmh! This is one of 2 shots of the beautiful sun beneath the raging storms.
